The ski touring course immerses you in the heart of the mountains, away from the slopes and in complete safety, for a unique experience combining skiing, nature and adventure.

Supervised by a coach, this course teaches you how to master climbing and descending techniques, while respecting safety principles in wild terrain.

The instructor will accompany you to:

-Learn or perfect the technique of climbing with climbing skins

-Manage the transition between climbing and descending

-Discover safety procedures (avalanche self-rescue, route selection)

-Enjoy a convivial moment in the heart of nature

Typical course schedule

Welcome & preparation

Meeting point, equipment check (skis, skins, avalanche transceiver, shovel, probe) and safety briefing.

Warm-up & gradual ascent

Learning climbing techniques, pace adapted to the group and initial technical advice.

Downhill techniques

Turns, speed control, adapting to changing snow conditions.

Exploration & immersion

Discover the unique sensation of cross-country skiing and the pleasure of progressing safely.

Once you’ve tried it, you’ll be back for more. It’s an experience to be enjoyed at least once in your life.

Feedback and personalised advice
