How is a course run?
Welcome and preparation
Your instructor will meet you at your chosen meeting point. Together, you define your objectives and check your equipment.
Warm-up and warm-down
You’ll find your feet gently, with a few exercises to help you regain your balance and confidence.
Personalized session
Each exercise is designed to help you progress: speed control, turns, carving, slope management…
The instructor guides, corrects and helps you progress in complete safety.
Assessment and advice
At the end of the lesson, he’ll take stock of the situation with you and suggest ways forward or exercises to help you make further progress.
